December 31, 2005 - New Year's Eve Party; DJ Sam takes over the rooftop terrace and spins in the new year. Set menu $19.50, from 7 p.m.

January 18, 2006 - Membership Launch Party; Pick up your FCC Privilege Card and join the party — beer and starters on the house, DJ Sam on the mike. 6 p.m.

January 26, 2006 - Australia Day; The FCC celebrates Australia Day with a huge lamb roast-up, bar-b-q and draft beer specials for all. DJ Sam provides the music. Dinner starts at 7 p.m., $10.00.

January 27, 2006 - Opening Night: Ken Opprann; A freelance photographer based in Oslo, Norway, Ken Opprann travelled to Cambodia for the first in 1994. Meet him on opening night as he shows his favourite photographs of Cambodia. 6 p.m.
