hanoi-pressclub.comIn efforts aimed at increasing the value of their memberships, the FCC Cambodia and the Hanoi Press Club in April agreed to give reciprocal rights to each club's members.
For the FCC Cambodia, the Hanoi Press Club is the first move in a larger strategy to build a network of affiliated venues. The FCC is working on similar agreements with other FCC locations in the region, as well as several non-FCC venues in Vietnam, Thailand and Laos, according to FCC management.
The agreement with the Press Club of Hanoi gives FCC members a 10 percent discount on food and beverage, and Press Club Hanoi members receive standard member benefits at the FCC Cambodia.
Designed by French architect Brigitte Dumond de Chassart, the Press Club is an impressively radiant 6-story property with interiors reminiscent of Hanoi in the prospering 20s. The club has won several awards, including the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence (2003).
