Fresh flat rice noodles stir fried with pork and chicken, bean curd, smoked prawns, fried shallots, dried chillies and tamarind dressing

Cha ca la vong
Soba noodles with marinated roasted snapper, nuoc cham dressing, crushed peanuts and fresh herbs

Hot and sticky ramen (V)
Stir fried short rice noodles with julienne vegetables, flowering greens, garlic, bean shoots with hot and sticky ginger sauce

Peppered prawn udon
Stir fried udon noodles with prawns, ginger, fresh coriander, mustard greens, kampot peppercorns and water chestnuts tossed in a spicy-sour miso dressing

Pho ca
Aromatic broth of star anise, cinnamon and ginger, served with flat rice noodles, sliced grilled chicken, bean sprouts, lemongrass and snipped spring onions with lime overtones

Mixed pork with ramen
Ramen noodles, sliced barbequed pork, pork dumplings and mustard cabbage in a brown oxtail broth, infused with fresh white pepper and pounded five spice paste

Prawn and coconut laksa
Aromatic coconut broth with udon noodles, prawns, chilli jam finished with fried garlic and shallots

Salad of barbeque prawns, fresh limes, hot basil, toasted baby coconut in betel leaf cups with a sweet and sour miang dressing

Gado gado goreng (V)
Wok fried indonesian vegetable salad in a spicy peanut and lime sauce with chopped egg

Nhoam kra-ao chhouk
Fresh lotus root salad with caramelized suckling pig, smoked shrimps, all tossed in a tamarind dressing

Marinated barbeque duck breast
Spicy palm pickled vegetables, baked pears, roasted garlic chips, dried chilli flakes
