The room, the pool, garden and in general ambience.
Additionally all the small details like candles in/outside of the room, flowers and special oils/soaps etc. Staff was also excellent.

The staff where very friendly and smiling all the time. They make you feel at home in such a far away country (we come from Australia). The staff speak English clearly as well and seem very happy and are always smiling.

Many things. The pool area is fabulous, and the pictures featured online are NOT deceiving, they are quite accurate. The spa is also very inviting. The shower was a nice feature, very modern, and very clean. I also enjoyed the sitting area outside of each room, well done and a nice feature.

The architecture, the staff, the great gin and tonic and lunch by the pool.
The Montecristo cigars were superb and quite a surprise to see.
